Stemple is the Philippi City Clerk and the Program Director of Philippi Main Street. Gregory is the Regional Manager of EZ.ToUse.com in Clarksburg.

Tammy Stemple is a Philippi native and graduate of Philip Barbour High School.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at West Virginia University.  She has been employed by the City of Philippi since 1996 when she worked as the Manager of the municipal swimming pool.  She became Director of Main Street in 1997 where she was also Director of the Growing Healthy Communities Initiative which raised $ 120,000 in grant funds.  She has been the Philippi City Clerk since 2000. 

Stemple is the Past President and a current member of the Barbour County Democratic Women’s Club, a member of the Democratic Executive Committee, and is the Secretary of the Philippi Convention & Visitors Bureau.  She received the Camelot Award from the West Virginia Federation of Democratic Women in 2014. 

The Philippi Main Street Program, she says, works to educate children and their families about nutrition and exercise through a variety of projects and programs, and organizes events such as the City-Wide Yard Sale, annual cleanup days, the Art Stroll, the “Smokin’ on the Tygart Chili Cook-off”, “Jammin’ on the Tygart” music festival, movie nights on the lawn during the summer, and other annual holiday events. 

Main Street also teams with other organizations to host the, “Falling in Love with Philippi” Fall Fest, Seussapalozza, and other children’s activities, and works to beautify downtown through cleanup projects and the hanging of flower baskets, “We work with the Barbour County Development Office and the Philippi Economic Development Committee to promote downtown, and to encourage business development”, she says. 

Will Gregory was born in Alabama and raised in Belington.  He graduated from Emanuel Christian High School in Clarksburg, and the Pensacola Christian College in Florida where he majored in advertising and public relations and minored in graphic design.    Gregory has been employed by Ogden Directories EZToUse.com since 1997 and serves Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. 

Gregory is a member of the Board of Directors of BC Bank, Vice President of Barbour County Youth Soccer, Secretary of the Promise Foundation of Barbour County, and a Deacon at Faithway Baptist Church.
