“The Philippi Convention & Visitors Center sponsors the annual Blue & Gray Reunion, Philippi Main Street’s annual Corn Hole Tournament, Li’l Moe’s Bike Race, and the upcoming Brews & Cruise In on Saturday, August 11th. The Center also provides the trophies for the Blue & Gray parade, plaques for the Blue & Gray window-decorating contest in downtown Philippi, and trophies for the annual Philippi Christmas Parade,” Santilli says.
