The Laurel Mountain Inn has been under its current ownership since 1991 and will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year. The restaurant, on Crim Avenue in downtown Belington, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week and will re-open when it is declared safe from Covid 19 restrictions.
The restaurant features local farm-raised beef, homemade cream pies, and homemade soups, salads and entrees including baked steak. Fresh-cut 10 oz. New York and Ribeye steaks are sold hot-off-the-grill on Friday and Saturday evenings while homemade specialties are served an a Sunday buffet.
Manager Dottie Carpenter says that she truly enjoys spending time with her customers, including those who travel from miles away to enjoy her cooking.
