William and Alishia Shahan were joined by daughters Savannah and Payton and son Landen along with a host of other family and community members when they opened for business Saturday in suite 1 at 313 Industrial Park Road in Belington.

The Shahans are graduates of Philip Barbour High School with a business degree from West Virginia Junior College.  They own and manage the Edge Sports Facility, which offers birthday parties, and building rental for practices, tournaments, dinners, and other special activities.

Edge Sports packages start at $ 75 which pays for building rental for two hours.  There is a refundable security deposit.  Their most popular package, the Shahans say, is their Gold Package at $ 150, which includes building rental and all sports equipment.  Bubble Balls add an extra $ 25 to any package.  For an additional $ 50, the staff will clean up afterwards.  They will also photograph your event for an extra $ 20.  Their Platinum Package costs $ 300, and includes everything mentioned above.  The Edge Sports Facility would be a great place for both adults and children to come and have fun, they say.
