“Broaddus Hospital,” says Gould, “is a not-for-profit 25-bed Critical Access Hospital which provides advanced emergency and acute care on a 24-7 basis. The hospital specializes in short-term rehabilitation care designed to help patients transition from hospital to home, including behavioral health, physical, occupational, speech, and pulmonary services. Broaddus Medical Care,” she said, “opened this year to integrate outpatient clinics, family medicine, podiatry, women’s health, and wound care. Our Mansfield Place located within the hospital is a 60-bed long-term care facility.”
Broaddus Hospital is a member of the Davis Health System, which includes the Davis Medical Center in Ekins and Webster Memorial Hospital in Webster Springs, and has 27 outpatient care locations and 27 specialty care services. The health system partnered with Vandalia Health in a management agreement earlier this year and expects to be a full member soon. He was the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Barbour and Taylor Counties, and the City Attorney for Philippi and Grafton.
