A large crowd of well-wishers from the City of Philippi, Philippi Main Street, Barbour County Development Authority and Chamber of Commerce marked the opening of a new Christmas Shoppe by Country Blooms Florists in Philippi.

The Christmas Shoppe will sell “anything and everything related to Christmas” says owner Casey Hall Foster, “including Christmas trees, Christmas decorations, and Christmas toys and games. There is a special section of the new store we are calling Nattilie’s Nook,” she added.
Casey Hall Foster is a graduate of Buckhannon High School and Pittsburgh’s School of Floral Design. She has spent fourteen years in the floral industry, she says, and specializes in event designs and everyday florals
